From the moment you step inside, the inviting atmosphere grabs your attention. With its beautiful interior design, you’re transported into a space that feels modern but still incredibly welcoming. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect for both intimate dinners and larger celebrations. The decor uses natural elements like wood and stone, enhancing the overall dining experience with a touch of rustic charm. The lighting is soft and creates an intimate mood, making it the ideal place for a quiet evening out.

The menu at Mowry And Cotton is what truly sets this place apart. It's not your typical diner fare; the dishes are fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and packed with flavor. Whether you're a fan of seafood, meats, or vegetarian options, the variety on the menu makes it easy to find a dish that suits your taste.

For starters, their roasted heirloom carrots are a must-try. They're perfectly seasoned and served with a side of tangy yogurt sauce that’s both refreshing and savory. If you're in the mood for something a bit heartier, the crispy fried chicken served with a delicate honey glaze is a showstopper. Not only is it crispy on the outside, but the tender, juicy interior makes every bite incredibly satisfying.

As you move to the main courses, you'll find a range of dishes that reflect the restaurant’s creativity and commitment to quality. The wood-grilled steak is a top contender for anyone craving a classic, flavorful cut of meat. It’s cooked to perfection, tender, and juicy, complemented by a side of mashed potatoes that are rich and creamy. For something a bit lighter, the pan-seared sea bass offers a delicate and flaky texture, accompanied by a vibrant mix of vegetables that complement the fish beautifully.

Vegetarians will appreciate the menu as well, especially the roasted squash ravioli, which is a perfect balance of sweet and savory flavors. The ravioli’s filling is perfectly cooked, and the roasted squash pairs wonderfully with the dish’s herbaceous sauce, making it a standout for those avoiding meat.

The beverage selection is just as impressive. Whether you're in the mood for a craft cocktail or a glass of wine, Mowry And Cotton has an extensive drink menu that elevates the meal. The cocktails are expertly crafted, with options ranging from refreshing gin-based drinks to bold whiskey concoctions. The restaurant is at the pool level of the Phoenician resort. It serves all 3 meals. It has a large dining room conveniently divided into section and a large patio where a handler is keeping a hawk sp that birds would not annoy the eaters. The breakfast buffet is very extensive including a station where a chef prepares eggs to order. A full buffet breakfast cost $38. The lunch and dinner menu offer tasty fares and specialty coffees (see photos). Most dishes are $21-33. Some photos show the 2 kids meals that we ordered. Pleasant, relax setting. The setting for dinner is relaxed elegance with dim lights. Service is very attentive. My favourite was the whole brenzini fish (for 2) which arrives debunked to the table (see pgotos) all other dishes were great as well.

Solid food, not perfect though. Broccolini came out almost as charcoals… The Duck leg was a bit dry but good flavor. I don’t know who decided to put marshmallows in this dish, but they don’t belong there. Ribeyes steak tasted great!

Excellent breakfast, we even came back for the same dishes, the second day in a row. A really cool feature, which was ultra unique. They had the hawk man which had a pet hawk that was trained to keep the pesky birds away from bothering the patrons during breakfast. He would come to your table and show you the bird and tell you cool facts about it. In regard to the breakfast, pancakes were unlike anything I’ve eaten before perfectly cooked and a delicate, but crunchy exterior and fluffy interior. They served it with real maple syrup, which was very tasty. The ham and cheese omelette was absolutely divine. It was more of a French inspired omelette that was thin and fluffy like a pillow. The fresh fruit was fantastic and ripe every piece was outstanding. The cappuccinos were great and the service was fantastic.

We stayed at the Phoenician resort and Mowry& Cotton was excellent, the food was phenomenal, and the service was exceptional. We had breakfast every morning, and dinner once and it was a great experience from beginning to end, each time. I am posting the dinner, and the breakfast at the same time.

Came on a random weekday with a party of 4. The food was fantastic. The menu selections were unique, and the portions were good. I think the pricing is fair for the quality and ambience. It's not as expensive as a high end steakhouse, and it's not as cheap as the Cheesecake factory. It's somewhere in between. I'd highly recommend their marinated hangar steak! Their menu is seasonal, so I'll be back for sure for their winter options
